Registration For Camp Arrowhead
Summer Camp 2026 Dates and Info
If you are interested in registering for Camp Arrowhead, please see our process below.
Online Registration for Summer 2026
1. Please login to your Community Pass account through the Natick Recreation and Parks website at www.natickma.gov/recreation and register for your desired weeks starting at noon on Feb 11, 2026. A non-refundable $75 registration fee will be required at registration. After registration is complete you will receive an email receipt with a link to our health form system "JotForm".
2. Click on the JotForm link located on your receipt and complete your registration by filling out the profile and uploading your proof of Physical and Immunization Record by March 11, 2026.
Assistance in uploading documents or completing your profile is available by calling the Cole Center at (508)647-6530.
3. Registrants must complete their profile and upload their required documentation by March 11, 2026 to be included in the lottery. Incomplete profiles will not be considered.
RESIDENTS who complete all these steps by March 11th will receive the weeks they request.
NON-RESIDENTS who complete all these steps by March 11th will be entered into our lottery.
4. Participants will be notified of their week standings by the beginning of April 2026 and will need to be prepared to provide payment information within two weeks of this notification. If an agency is paying or if you wish to be on a payment plan there will be separate paperwork to fill out. Deadline to inform the office of payment agreement is also within two weeks of your notification of weeks registered.

Once the lottery has taken place we do accept registrations until May 1 or until weeks are full. Weeks will be awarded as the nurse looks at your information (the nurse is not full time and it may take a week or so to hear from us) first come first serve.
Registration cannot be completed over the phone or via fax.
2026 Sessions:
​There are (6) one-week sessions in 2026, Monday through Friday • 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Session 1 June 23 – June 26 (4 Days)
Session 2 June 29 – July 2 (4 Days)
Session 3 July 6 – July 10 (5 Days)
Session 4 July 13 – July 17 (5 Days)
Session 5 July 20 – July 24 (5 Days)
Session 6 July 27 – July 30 (4 Days)

At the time of registration you will let us know if you choose to provide your own 1:1 aide or if you would like the program to try and assign one to you. *Please note campers are always welcome to attend with their own aide (parent, guardian, caregiver, etc.).

All aides will be handled by our volunteer program supervisor. There will be paperwork if you are choosing to provide your own aide including a CORI and SORI.​

RESIDENTIAL
There is one August Residential Session in 2026

Camp Arrowhead is built on acceptance and compassion. The 1:1 aides play a huge role in our camp settings. Residential is no different. We truly feel the benefit of a 1:1 for all individuals is a positive one. The skills we teach help our campers who transition to living in a home with others.​ At this time we do not accept individuals who require to send their own aide to Residential. If you would like to discuss this with our Camp Director please email camparrowheadnatick@gmail.com to discuss this further.

Testing protocols are forthcoming and guidelines are released, to ensure the safety for all attending.
Individuals who qualify for Day Camp may not qualify for Residential.
