Registration For Camp Arrowhead 2024 is closed
Registration dates for 2024 are highlighted as they may change for 2025.

Registration is ONLINE!
1. Please login to your Community Pass account through the Natick Recreation and Parks website at www.natickma.gov/recreation and register for your desired weeks starting February 14 2024 at 12:00pm. A non-refundable $75 registration fee will be required at registration. After registration is complete you will receive an email receipt with a link to our health form system "JotForm".
2. Click on the JotForm link located on your receipt and complete your registration by filling out the profile and uploading your proof of Physical and Immunization Record by Wednesday, March 6 2024.
Assistance in uploading documents or completing your profile is available by calling the Cole Center at (508)647-6530.
3. Registrants must complete their profile and upload their required documentation by March 6 to be included in the lottery. Incomplete profiles will not be considered.
RESIDENTS who complete all these steps by March 6 will receive the weeks they request.
NON-RESIDENTS who complete all these steps by March 6 will be entered into our lottery.
4. Participants will be notified of their week standings by March 13 and will need to be prepared to provide payment information during the following week. If an agency is paying or if you wish to be on a payment plan there will be separate paperwork to fill out. Deadline to inform the office of payment agreement is Friday March 22.

Once the lottery has taken place we do accept registrations until May 17th. Weeks will be awarded as the nurse looks at your information (the nurse is not full time and it may take a week or so to hear from us) first come first serve.
Registration cannot be completed over the phone or via fax.
Sessions:
​There are (6) one-week sessions, Monday through Friday • 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Session 1 June 25 – June 28 (4 Days - No camp June 24)
Session 2 July 1 – July 3 (3 Days - No camp July 4 and 5)
Session 3 July 8 – July 12 (5 Days)
Session 4 July 15 – July 19 (5 Days)
Session 5 July 22 – July 26 (5 Days)
Session 6 July 29 – August 1 (4 Days- No camp August 2*)

At the time of registration you will let us know if you choose to provide your own 1:1 aide or if you would like the program to try and assign one to you. *Please note campers are always welcome to attend with their own aide (parent, guardian, caregiver, etc.).

All aides will be handled by our volunteer program supervisor. There will be paperwork if you are choosing to provide your own aide including a CORI and SORI.​

RESIDENTIAL
There is one August Residential this year

Camp Arrowhead is built on acceptance and compassion. The 1:1 aides play a huge role in our camp settings. Residential is no different. We truly feel the benefit of a 1:1 for all individuals is a positive one. The skills we teach help our campers who transition to living in a home with others.​ At this time we do not accept individuals who require to send their own aide to Residential. If you would like to discuss this with our Camp Director please email camparrowheadnatick@gmail.com to discuss this further.

Safety protocols on Residential will be coming out as guidelines are released.
Testing protocols are forthcoming and guidelines are released, to ensure the safety for all attending.
At this time Vaccines are not required but are recommended.​
Individuals who qualify for Day Camp may not qualify for Residential.
All individuals who want to attend Residential must first attend Camp Arrowhead Day Camp the year prior to their application. To see our qualifications please visit the qualifications page
